Description

7″, or 6 3/4″ (18 or 17 cm) wide board with 8 1/4″ (22 cm) wide key spread, or 7 1/4 ” (18.5 cm) board with 8 1/2′ (21.5 cm) key spread, 28-key mbira with black bottletop buzzers and bolted construction, bright sound. The tuning known as mavembe, or gandanga, tuning is similar to Phrygian mode, pitch of the lowest note is about an A.
