Description
Gonamombe rerume is a traditional vocal song which can also be played on mbira. The song is about a brave man who could travel in a forest full of dangerous wild animals and return safely. This collection includes the vocal song first, as sung outside a sacred Shona shrine, and then both solo and duet recordings played on mavembe tuning. [Total time: 45:59]
