This mellow, joyful recording features Mhondoro player Ruzvidzo’s oh so low vocals and crystal clear mbira in “Magaya Standard” (2014 pitch) tuning. This is an excellent album for mbira students with this tuning to learn from, and others to relax and enjoy. The versions of the pieces morph from easier styles to complex ones, and back again.
