These two young mbira players in the Mhondoro rural area were recorded previously in other groups, but their mbira partners died. Luckily, their grief didn’t get in the way of their passion for mbira and they formed this new group, singing and playing together! “Magaya Standard” B flat nyamaropa tuning. [Total time: 79:50]
