Saungweme Mbira (B pitch) made by Rinos “Simboti” Mukuwurirwa

Description

7 1/4″ (18.5 cm) wide board, 8″ (20 cm) wide key spread, 24-key mbira with metal beads on wire buzzers and wired construction, gong-like sound. Saungweme tuning is a funky village-sounding tuning somewhere between nyamaropa tuning and a whole tone scale tuning.
