Child-size Nyamaropa mbira (B or B flat pitch) made by Fradreck Mujuru

Description

5 1/2″ (14 cm) wide board with 6 1/2″ (16.5 cm) key spread, 24-key mbira with metal beads on wire buzzers and wired construction, mellow sound. This is a great mbira for children aged 6-9, or older kids with small hands! Older kids with larger hands can play the “travel size”, #40001. The tuning is “MBIRA workshop pitch” (lowest note a little lower than B) nyamaropa tuning.
