Hosho

Description

Pair of gourd hosho rattles made in Zimbabwean villages. Filled with hota seed and hole macrame’d closed the traditional way with either string or wire, depending on the maker. Let us know if you have a pitch preference (higher, lower), and what size you want.   Current sizes in stock: mini, small, medium, and large. We get them from several makers/villages, so appearance varies, as well as size.
