This 72-year old mbira player in Chesango Village, Mhondoro Communal Area, is also a n’anga (traditional healer). Enjoy the long tracks of timeless mbira and singing, this sound could easily be from over 50 years ago. Those who have B flat nyamaropa tuning (”Magaya standard”) will be able to play along. For those learning to sing with mbira, this is old-style mbira singing which is mostly vocables, so try to sing along! [Total time: 79:36]
